Cedar Beach Park in West Allentown surrounds a pond.  The park features a large playground that has been designed for children of all abilities. It has  rubberized surface and is fenced in with multiple entrances.  There are tables in a shaded areas for picnics within the fence of the playground.  The park has a paved path around the pond for walking or running.

The Ironton Rail Trail is a converted railroad track. The railraod was used from 1860 through 1996 and was abandoned in 1984.  In 1996 the track was purchased and re-purposed, the track is now a paved path located just north of Whitehall. The trail is a total of 9.2 miles and includes a 5.5 mile loop. Pets on leashes are permitted. The Trail is open to bikers and rollerbladers, walkers and runners. The South Whitehall Chase Park is a smaller park with some play equipment and a basketball court.  The play equipment includes some smaller slides and ride on toys.  It is an open park and is not enclosed by a fence.  A bike path connects the park to the neighborhood behind the park.
