“You & Me” is a program designed for children aged 3-5 and their grown-ups. Together teams experience the wonders of nature, promoting curiosity and exploration, in a safe, supportive environment.

This Month’s Program: The days feel short and the nights feel long, – making it the perfect time of year to enjoy an indoor session of winter-themed yoga with glow bracelets, nocturnal animals, and nature play.

*Participants are encouraged to bring a mat for each adult and child. Because this program will be held indoors, siblings younger than 3yrs. are also welcome to attend, (free of charge)
