The Valley of Allentown presents Tales from The Arabian Nights, featuring the award-winning Mosaic Dance Theater Company (MDTC), based in the New York City metropolitan area, in a special performance to benefit the Children’s Dyslexia Center of Allentown. Retold and directed by Morgiana Celeste Varricchio, MDTC’s Producing Artistic Director, with choreography by Samara Adell, the Company’s Artistic Director for Dance, Tales from The Arabian Nights presents four magical tales adapted from Scheherazade’s thousand and one Arabian nights. Djinnis, ghost cities, beautiful princesses, heroic princes, magical mechanical flying horses, and a kingdom of serpents are brought to life through MDTC's signature style of dance/story theater. In addition, the program will include special performances by Repertory Dance Theatre of the Lehigh Valley.
