Wrap up NASCAR racing this November with a Speed Racing Science program at the Bethlehem Area Public Library, 11 W. Church Street, on Saturday, November 29 at 10:30 a.m. How do engines work? What makes engines run fast? Michael Lemke and Judy Milositz, automotive and engineering instructors from the Bethlehem Area Vocational Technical School, share the exciting science behind engines, catapults and robot cars. Participants will build (and take home) a speedy vehicle and put science into action with a final Puff Mobile Race! Geared to students in elementary school. The one hour event is free and open to students in grades 1-5. No registration.
