I went in yesterday for an earache. Checked in, was called back immediately to give my info, then went directly to get my vitals checked/ put in an exam room. I never even sat down in the waiting room!
Dr. Jaques was the doctor. I have seen him a few times before. He is always very friendly and very thorough. Today was no exception. He answered all of my questions. He is so kind and a very good doctor.
I even got my prescription filled right there without having to make a trip to a pharmacy. Feeling as unwell as I did, I was thankful for that!
I was in and out in about 30 minutes!
I recommend this Patient First to all of my family and friends. I am grateful to have this facility in our area!
Wonderful staff. Very convenient. Thank you!

We received excellent care by Dr. Jaques and staff at Patient First Urgent Care. In a two day span, we had urgent medical needs for 2 family members. We feel very fortunate to have this facility close to our home. Highly satisfied with level of care received!

Just called Patient First Urgent Care and spoke to a lady and explained the I was a 59 yr old and that I was going through Menopause and I was spitting. I asked her should I go to the doctor for that and is it something that I should be concerned about? Not really knowing how to phrase the question.
Her whole voice changed and she said, "I can't make that decisions for you"! And when I told her that I did not have any insurance her voice did not get any friendlier. When I reminded her of the new program for people who could not pay, she replied, that is our new program". NO SYMPATHY, EMPATHY, NO I HOPE ALL TURNS OUT FOR YOU, NOTHING. I hope the doctors that have more of a heart for it's patients. ...more

I took my 9 year old daughter here. She was very sick-sore throat-headache-fever. My daughter has always had an extreme fear of throat cultures being done. The doctor who saw here was the worst experience of my life. He was extremely rude and impatient and completely unprofessional. When my daughter began to cry because of his behavior, he then told me I needed to take her to a psychologist. My daughter is a healthy well behaved child that has straight A's in school since kindergarten. I ended up paying for the services even though I walked out because of his behavior. I then had to explain to my daughter was a psychologist is and that she doesn't need to see one. This upset her even more and on top of being sick it was awful for her. I will NEVER return to this establishment and how a doctor of all people can act like that towards a little girl. Well all I can say is that maybe it's time to retire? I'm still shocked how a man like that can even obtain a medical degree to begin with? Awful experience save your time and your money and go somewhere that cares about the patients well being....more

My first time visiting the Schoenersville location and was impressed with every staff member that helped us through the process. Although they didn't participate in my insurance plan, the fee was less than my primary care. They took care of us in a little over an hour and when you are not feeling well time matters. I would definitely recommend this location and will definitely be going back in the future.

I've taken my son to this location for two illnesses that struck on the weekend. On both occasions, the staff was quick and very responsive to my son. The wait time was substantially less than usually occurs at the EmergiCenter on Airport Road. It was great that there was an xray machine, lab, and pharmacy in the building so we weren't shuffled all over. I would definitely recommend them and visit again if necessary.

I just moved into Lehigh Valley from out of state and I had an urgent situation on hand for both my son and I. We cannot have been more satisfied with the level of care and courtesy from both the receptionist and the medical staff. It is way better services than waiting in an Emergency Room in NYC. Thumbs Up to Patient First and its staff... Keep doing what your doing!!!!
