The Swain School, 1100 S. 24th St., Allentown, welcomes visitors to an Open House, to encourage interested families to learn more about its college preparatory program for children in Preschool (age 3) - 8th grade. We invite visitors to attend our program, starting promptly at 1 p.m., on Saturday, Nov. 12. Head of School Dr. Shannan Schuster, as well as current Swain families and faculty, will meet with prospective families to explore the campus and learn more about our programs. While adults are touring our facilities, students in K-3rd grades will engage in a hands-on science or Coding & Programming workshop, while students in 4th-8th grades will experience a Theatre workshop or an Engineering & Design Lab. This lab will be held in The Imaginate Center, the location of the school's new Makerspace program. To register for the Open House, go to www.swain.org/openhouse.
