The Palmer Park Mall is offering Mall Wide Trick or Treat during Halloween as a safe, indoor alternative to traditional outdoor Halloween. Participating retailers will have an orange and black balloon displayed at their doorways leading into their store. The event will start at 12noon and end at 2pm
