Todd's Martial Arts & Fitness Will be hosting a FREE Girls/Womens' Self Defense & Rape Prevention Class. The first hour will be basic self defense taught by Mr Todd Sensinger. The second hour will be the rape prevention taught by Mr David Bower. This is a hands on class so wear work out clothes.
