Originally known as the Purple Cow, the newly renamed Bank Street Creamery has been servicing Easton locals since 1998.
They pride themselves in creating "the best gourmet ice cream in town." They hand select only the finest ingredients, and ensure that each batch meets their exceptionally high standards.
They carry pretzels, cookies, and freshly made waffle cones.

This is a fantastic locally owned ice cream shop. With unique flavors and standard classics its a perfect stop in for families visiting the attractions in the Easton area. Its tucked in on an alley just a block of Centre Square around the corner from the Crayola Experience. Highly recommend this little spot!
