The Northwestern Recreation Commission is hosting their 19th annual "Night in the Country" on Saturday, August 19, 2017 from 4:00 pm. until 10:00 pm. Rain date is Sunday, August 20th. Fun is planned for all. A live country band, car cruise, DJ, Chinese auction, bingo, etc., plus great food and activities. To end the evening, a fireworks display is planned. Suggested admission donation is $3 for adults, and $2 for children under 12. 

SteelCreek will be on the main stage from 6pm-10pm

Firefighter Competition to begin around 5pm
MedEvac is expected to land around 7:30pm 
* Car Cruise entrance follow the signs behind the gas station and restaurant. Admission to car cruise is at no extra cost and there is no pre registration. You just pay the general admission per person. Once the designated area is full you will be kindly asked to park in the general parking area. (Come early because the car cruise area fills very early) 
There will be a large selection of food vendors for tasty treats and plenty of fun activities for the kids. 
* Fireworks by Celebration Fireworks, Inc. to begin at 10pm (find a spot to view them before the lights go out.)
* Reminder: VERY IMPORTANT
Vehicles that are inside the gates such as the car cruise participants or those in the vendor parking area, you will NOT be permitted to move any vehicles once the fireworks begin for safety reasons. Thank You!
Also NO PETS or ALCOHOL
