Start your Halloween weekend early this year at Lehigh Valley Mall! Kids 10 and under are invited to dress up and show off their costumes in the Kids Halloween Parade led by Polka Dot. Costumed participants will receive a goody bag full of yummy, spooky treats at the end of the parade. No full masks, please. The parade will begin at Entrance A / Outdoor Shops at 9am on October 28th.
