Playgroup 101: 3-5 years 

Laugh Run and Tumble: 3-5 years 

Youth

Preschool Track: 3-5 years, get little feet moving on the indoor track

Creative Movement: 3-5 years, basic ballet and jazz

Tiny Tumblers: 3-5 year, beginner gymnastics

Tiny Teammates: 3-5 year, introductory soccer, basketball and t-ball

Zumbatomic: 4-7 years, get moving, with the kid version of the popular dance / excercise program

Yoga for Kids: 4-7 years, fun way to learn all about yoga 

Rollers/Swingers: 6 years+ beginner gymnastics for older children, may also be a good fit for children with some experience.

Speed Camp:  7-13 years, refine their speed skills, work on agility and mechanics

Youth Sports 

Tennis: 4-10 years

Rugby: 4-10 years
