This is a brand new class in the LV! Massing your child has a ton of benefits, including bonding, relaxation, better sleep, pain relief, colic/gas/fussiness relief, promotes body awareness, sensory stimulation, boosts immune system, blood circulation, and respiration, as well as aiding in digestion and waste elimination! This is a 5 week course designed for children under 1 year of age (unless you have a child with special needs and in that case it's up until age 7yrs old). Over the 5 wks you will learn massage strokes for your child, along with gentle stretching movements. We will discuss other topics such as behavioral cues, sleeping, feeding, how to continue massaging as your child grows, and more! Each week you will receive handouts and massage oil, and we will have a graduation party the last week.
