Mommy Bootcamp is fun for everyone: your little ones have a playdate with their friends while you work out with yours. It is a 60 min bootcamp style class with cardio drills, resistance training and ab work. All you need is a yoga mat, water bottle and a snack for your little ones. - You do not need to bring your kids to participate, if they are in school, you can still join in the fun.
- Our emphasis is on working out, sociazling and having fun!
- Any fitness level is welcome (even pregnant moms), modifications will be given for all levels.

We love this class! Its a great way to get out of the house with the kids and helps me to feel like I'm doing something for myself as well. The exercises are challenging but Colleen is great at giving modifications for those (such as myself) who are not in superior shape.
