Meeting alternating Tuesdays at 7pm non-sectarian, non-denominational, inter-spiritual Mindfulness Meditation Community. Informal discussion and sitting meditation meets for approximately one hour. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring cushion, pillow or rolled blanket if you would like to meditate floor sitting. Chairs are provided for those unable to sit on floor. All ages and levels of experience welcome.
