Where do I start....... I ordered balloons for a brithday party. They were delivered 1/2 hour late, 1/3 of the balloons were popped upon arrival. When I expressed my disappointment to the driver his response was " well, what did you expect, they're balloons sometimes they pop" What I expected was to get what I paid for. I ordered $100 worth of balloons and received about $60 worth. When I called to talk to someone at Mimi's they were very rude. It was just one bad experience after another with these people. I will never ever do business with Mimi's again.
