Our family has benefitted from the kids' program, the adult classes, and tai chi at the Emmaus location. The instructors are amazing and care about the students as people. The approach is positive, challenging and supportive. As with any activity, it depends *a lot* on who the teacher/instructor/coach is and how the program is designed. If you have kids and you want them to have positive role models and a consistent, constructive atmosphere, there is great value here in that. ...more

Very overpriced. Loud, chaotic environment. Organization initially entices parents to enroll children at either free or introductory rate and then dramatically increases the fee within 45-60 days requiring the purchase of a "bag of supplies" for $400 which students RARELY if ever use and which MUST be purchased only through LVMA yet could be bought for a fraction of the cost independently. Do your homework before choosing this organization, there are many other quality places in and around the Lehigh Valley for your son, daughter, or grand child to attend for martial arts, AND, you won't have a headache when you leave the place from all the noise, screaming, and chaos that naturally occurs in this environment. Parent, beware and consider other organizations before you sign to allow this place access to your bank account for monthly EFT payments...more

Both of our both boys go to the Palmer location of LVMA and we love it. The staff is amazing. They really care about the students well being inside and outside of the school and get to know them as people and not just students. Highly recommend LVMA!
