Children and their parents experience the magic of yoga through stories, music, games and movement. This class encourages children to move and use their bodies in fun and imaginative ways. Using picture books and themes, children will learn a variety of yoga poses that enable them to go from silly to calm, as they practice breath and body awareness. We will explore classic yoga postures, breath work, fun partner poses, cooperative games and relaxation through caring, supportive and age appropriate activities. Come and join in the fun!
