Girls in grade 3 through 5 are welcome to join this motivating and empowering program that teaches young girls to to use running as a way to build confidence.  Girls learn about healthy living and train in the 10 week program to meet their goal of running a 5k race.  Training programs take place each spring. Registration is required.  A girls on track program is expected for Fall 2013 for girls in 6th through 8th grade.
