Families who are concerned about development delays in their children may contact Lehigh County's CONNECT hotline to inquire about services. Children who qualify for free services due to a developmental delay in one or more areas of development may recieve services to support their development. Services provided are free to parents and are funded by the state of Pennsylvania.
